In the district of Galtschein 1.2 km from the centre of Trins, 5 km from the centre of Steinach am Brenner, 33 km from the centre of Innsbruck, in a sunny position on a slope, 5 km from the skiing area, in the countryside, south facing position. Private: well-kept garden 300 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, parking at the house at 30 m. Shop 2.5 km, supermarket 6 km, restaurant 1.8 km, bus stop 100 m, outdoor swimming pool 5 km. Walking paths from the house 100 m, cycle lane 500 m, cross country ski track 100 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Bergeralm 5 km. Hiking paths: Stubaier Alpen. In summer climbing, hiking, walking and mountain biking are right outside your door. In winter, beautiful ski resorts are also close by, with numerous ski touring opportunities and cross-country skiing.
