Bright villa overlooking the bay of Anse à l'Ane, close to the beach

Located at the place called "Quarter of Anse à l'Ane", this beautiful villa is located in a set of 4 villas only, the whole being secured with remote controlled electric gate, in a quiet and residential area.
The big stay as well as the kitchen gives on a terrace of 30 m2
The furniture and equipment are of very good quality. Each room has its private bathroom with toilet.
The villa has free Wi-Fi Internet access.
The view is breathtaking on the beach of Anse à l'Ane, accessible on foot by a path in 5 minutes
The linen is provided: sheets, towels, tablecloths and tea towels. You also have access to a private garden and a parking space in front of the villa.
This accommodation consists of a large living room with very clear cathedral ceiling, furnished with sofas, table and chairs, it communicates with the terrace thanks to a large bay window. The American kitchen also overlooks the terrace via a hatch. It is fully equipped with fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. You have all the necessary dishes for your stay, coffee maker, toaster, iron.
Both bedrooms have large beds of 160cm with bedside tables and fitted cupboard, they each have their private bathroom with toilet. The rental is planned for 4 people. Possibility to add an adult folding bed and a cot.
On the terrace, you can relax in a garden or enjoy meals while admiring the bay of Anse à l'Ane.
The accommodation is non smoking but you can smoke on the terrace.

Great place and location

Au centre de tout, propre, belle vue. Seul et unique bemol, il manque un ventilateur au plafond du salon. Sinon, nous allons revenir c’est certain.

*Stunning Views* - Fabulous Location - Immaculately Clean - Easy Check In and Out

We really can't say enough good things about our experience staying at this gorgeous home in Les Trois-Ilets. The house is spacious, well maintained, spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and sports a 100% fully equipped kitchen. Getting in at night was painless- despite speaking 0.001% French. Similarly- leaving at the crack of dawn- not a problem. The VIEWS out of the kitchen's huge window, out the massive wall of sliding glass doors, and out the master bedroom are *absolutely amazing*. We woke up every morning and had our breakfast feeling like we were living in a postcard; dinners with the lights glistened on the water - it is truly picture perfect at every hour. Totally secured on a gated road up a hill above the charming Anse-à-l'Ane, we loved the views and the location. A short but steep walk to town and only a short drive to big shops/the rest of the island. At the bottom of the hill- walking distance from the house- we were thrilled with the boulangerie/patisserie (ended up being the best we found on the island), a pizzeria, a fruit/vegetable stand, a small Carrefour express (grocery store), and a fabulous beach studded with quaint restaurants and snack shops. One morning there were 8 sheep and a goat snacking on the lawn flanking the driveway, while a few cats sunbathed on the garbage bins. It's truly a charming spot. The house is a 12 minute drive to the turtle beach at Anse Dufour (be sure to hike (or for the adventurous - swim) around to Anse Noir). Anse Dufour was our favorite beach on the island, and having it so close was amazing. Just past the exit for Anse Dufour on the D7 there's a painting studio and juice shop. Really good atmosphere for fresh juice! Three general side notes: 1. Download an *offline* map of the entire island on google maps. When your service cuts out on the back roads you'll need it. 2. Download the google translate app if you don't speak French. 3. *Rent a car* - exploring the island behind the wheel is incredible. The jungles up North, Anse Couleuvre, and especially the drive to Grand'Rivière at the top of the island. Nothing to see once you get there, but the drive is spectacular. Down South, go to Grand Anse Des Salines via the D7 and D37 (best views of Diamond Rock) and be sure to bare the bumps and ruts to get to the Anse a Prunes to walk through the Wildlife park at the very south of the island. Stop and buy roadside chicken and sausages. We had our best meals on the roadside.

Juste parfait

Le propriétaire, toujours avenant et rapide à répondre à nos interrogations. L’appartement était super propre à notre arrivée et bien équipé. L’accès à la plage est facile, mais le retour est un peu escarpé. Mais il est facile de s’y rendre en voiture et de trouver une place de stationnement à quelques secondes, de la plage.

L'appartement est spacieux et bénéficie d'une vue magnifique sur l'anse à l'âne. La terrasse est également spacieuse et bien équipée. La climatisation des chambres est efficace. L'anse à l'âne est une jolie plage animée: petits restaurants, chaises longues, loisirs payants proposés...etc mais reste assez sauvage et l'eau y est claire et sans sargasses. C'est également un point de départ idéal pour visiter l'île, aussi bien le sud que le nord. (PS : La télévision ne fonctionne pas, il s'agit d'un problème de réception internet mais nous n'en avons pas eu besoin).

Une bonne adresse pour un bel endroit

Merci pour ce super séjour à l.Anse à l’ane: superbe maison confortable et bien équipée, avec voiture en sécurité. Merci pour l accueil cordial et les réponses aux questions ou besoins. Petits commerces et Plage sympa à 5 minutes à pied, autres anses pour snorkelling proches en voiture. Les trois ilets offrent tous les commerces et services nécessaires. Allez y sans hésitez !

Superbe vue

Notre séjour aux trois ilets, super, proche des plus belles plages dont celle de l’anse Dufour où nous avons nagé avec les tortues. La maison très agréable, Clim dans les chambres et l’accueil avec Pascale très sympathique. Petit bémol un ventilateur de plafond dans le séjour serait un plus car il y fait très chaud par contre super terrasse avec une vue incroyable Je conseille vivement cette location Pascal

Très bel appartement

Très bel appartement relativement biz situé. Très bien équipé, très propre. Belles chambres avec belles SDB.Magnifique terrasse avec vue incroyable. Pas sûr la plage mais jolie plage à 5 min à pied. Accueil très chaleureux par Pascale. Parking dans la résidence. Pas grand chose à redire en gros. Je recommande +++ même si prix quotidien assez élevé.

nous avons passé d excellentes vacances. Appartement conforme à la description : prestation haut de gamme, décoré avec goût , fonctionnel, équipement parfait. Sans compter la superbe terrasse avec vue imprenable sur la mer. A proximité, toutes commodites. Merci à Philippe pour ce superbe accueil, c est là que nous reviendrons sans hésiter! Marche de fdf en navette, baignade, soleil, cuisine locale rien de plus beau que cette île pour passer de merveilleuses vacances ! Je recommande vivement cette location!
