This exceptional place is home to a 4 bedroom villa and a 2 bedroom cottage.
All rooms are air-conditioned and are equipped with comfortable beds.
Ideally located in the heart of the Pointe du Bout, the beaches and the animations of the seaside resort are less than 100 meters away while remaining calm. On one side of the Villa, you will be able to fully enjoy its private and secure swimming pool. On the other, a vast garden (with lots of coconut trees!) will allow you to access the private pontoon and swim in the crystal clear waters of the bay. Several terraces all around the villa will allow you to sunbathe away from prying eyes.

Nearby, a multitude of activities are offered to you. La Pointe du bout is the most dynamic seaside resort with its white sandy beaches, its kite surfing spot and the Creole village offering a varied choice of bars, restaurants and shops. From the Anse Mitan beach, you can easily reach the centre of Fort-de-France thanks to the shuttle boats. Golfers will have noticed the presence of an 18-hole golf course.

Once you leave the airport, follow the direction of SAINTE-ANNE / LE MARIN and carry on straight. After approximately 12km, take on your right the direction TROIS-ILETS.

At the next roundabout, take the first exit and follow towards POINTE DU BOUT.Carry on 1,9km. At the next roundabout, take the first exit. Carry on 600m, at the Y junction turn on your right hand. After 220m, enter the property with a light green entrance gate. Here you are !

Super séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette villa nous étions 12 adultes, elle était conforme à l'annonce et aux photos, emplacement parfait. Vous pouvez rester au calme à la maison et profitez d'une vue magnifique, mais également des animations à 100m à pieds, restaurants, boutiques, casino, supérette .... Je recommande cette maison , vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés de plus le service de conciergerie est à disposition pour toutes vos demandes.... Bon séjour à vous...
