The villa opens onto nearly 100 m² of outdoor living space, including a covered terrace, a large wooden deck and a private pool (3 x 5 m), thoughtfully designed as a true extension of the living area facing the sea — ideal for relaxing, dining outdoors or enjoying sunset views.

SeaCove is semi-detached to SeaSide, yet fully independent, with complete privacy and no overlooking. It has its own private entrance, dedicated parking space and exclusive outdoor areas.

The villa accommodates up to 4 guests.
It features two air-conditioned double bedrooms:
- A master suite with a Queen-size bed (160x200), smart TV and private bathroom with shower and toilet
- A second bedroom with two single beds (90x200), which can be combined into a King-size bed (180x200)
A second bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity completes the layout.
