We are blessed to live in a gated community with security and wonderful neighbors.
A vehicle is absolutely recommended should you decide to visit us. However we have had guests who came without one and we can recommend driving services to get you out and about as needed.
We are only 3 miles from the picturesque town of Tronadora, with the prettiest park in Guanacaste, where you can find everything you need including, a grocery store, butcher, bakery, liquor, 2 restaurants, and for those looking for the nightlife, there is also a bar.
An easy 1.5 hour drive from Liberia Airport and 3 hours from San Jose. If arriving in San Jose with less than 3 hours of daylight we recommend that you stay over near the airport and get a fresh start in the morning. Most of the roads are paved however not well marked and there are lots of twists and turns.
We have plenty of parking area.
Our HOA has instituted some security protocols for your protection and our owners` protection. We require a photo of the photo page of your passport to pass to security for your initial entry. Please pass this along as soon as possible. No smoking, no parties Quiet hours are 10 pm - 8 am Approved pets must be on leash in the community and are not permitted on the clubhouse property.
