Casa Despacito is a luxurious beachfront villa in Trocones, Mexico offers you, your family or your group a gorgeous utopia in which to recreate and relax.

Casa Despacito offers 3 master suites. There is one king size, master suite on the upper level with a full bath. Also on the upper level is an office/study that can be converted to another queen bedroom for two; please note there is not a dedicated bathroom for the study when used as an extra queen bedroom. The lower level has two king size, master suites with full baths to include outdoor "rain forest" showers. Additionally, there are 2 half bathrooms on the property. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for the preparation of your meals along with an outside barbecue and pool side bar for your entertainment. The grounds also include an infinity pool, tropical garden and gazebo, as well as being on the beach if you want to put your toes in the sand.
The property is staffed with a full time housekeeper and groundskeeper. An English/Spanish speaking property manager will greet you and is available should you need additional assistance.
During your stay at this holiday home, you're just a quick walk from Troncones Beach. A gym, concierge services and laundry facilities are available. The holiday home includes amenities such as free WiFi and a private pool.

We had an absolute wonderful time in this paradise. We were back in Troncones after 13 years and it was our first time staying in beautiful Casa Despacito which is perfectly located on the Troncones beach. We really hope to be able to come back another time. Another review had mentioned issues with the appliances which can be an ongoing challenge in the climate and we had some issues so I would recommend the owner to perhaps invest in some new ones. But it did not ruin the pleasure of staying in this gorgeous place. We would be back in a heartbeat. The Property Manager Tina was very responsive as well.

Great place in great location

Second time there. Beach location and proximity to town is fantastic. Pool is great. Need to update all of the appliances: the fridge, freezer, bbq, stove, dishwasher, wine fridge and sink all have issues and either need updating or needto be replaced.Outdoor plastic furniture by the beachis cracked or broken

Loved staying at La Nueva for a week in February. The house was large, clean and nicely appointed. The staff at the house were great. This is a gorgeous property.

Beautiful house, amazing landscaping, amazing beaches. Seemed like May was the best time to go we had perfect weather warm and sunny. Went to sleep each night with the sound of the waves. Town was very safe and secure. Great maid service and if you get the chance to have Marlene cook for you - do it the food was great. This seems like more of the real Mexico. Small restaurants with terrific food. Saw the release of the baby turtles, great waves. Just extremely relaxing. We can’t wait to go back.

It´s a new high quality construction beach front with all the amenities you can think of! My congrats to the owner and arquitect, they´ve created an extremely confortable house, every area has perfect space, for cooking, pool, talk or just chill out. By far THE BEST house I´ve stayed. Absolutely outstanding

The property is very beautiful, spacious, and completely furnished with every amenity needed for a relaxing vacation on beach. The staff is very helpful took care of all our needs. One of the highlights, was watching the sky turn hundreds of shades of red, yellow, blue and gold at sunset. The house is only a short walk to several good restaurants. I highly recommend the La Nueva and the staff will ensure you have a great holiday.

Little Slice Of Heaven!!!

Gorgeous house with an amazing location. Right on the water with an unobstructed view. Walking distance from the town center and restaurants. Relax all day by the pool, take a horse ride down the beach or surf right out the back door! House has everything you need. The outdoor showers are the best!!! The staff is lovely and everyone in our party had a great time! Honestly can't wait to go back and will most definitely be booking at Casa Despacito again!!!
