All areas clean and comfortable, had all the facilities we needed for 2 of us.Had to phone the contact as, although given the keysafe number in advance, we were not given the number of the property itself, so difficult to find when we were in the street. Street parking a bit of an issue, twice we had to park quite far down the street, which was an issue when we had to take luggage/food/etc in and out. Overall, we enjoyed the property.
Pillow Partners, who manage the property, have their own online portal which provides information about the property. The check in information lacks a full address and directions to find the front door of the flat. However, a phone call quickly provided the missing info. The flat was clean and appeared to be recently decorated, however amenities were fairly basic (it's advertised as sleeping 4, but there were only 2 chairs at the table - this was ok for us, as there were only the 2 of us) . Information about which areas of the shared garden and disposal of rubbish would have been useful.
We took many photos of the entire flat on arrival. Very well decorated and obviously very recently refurbished. Unfortunately, we had to call support team prior to arrival as the listing and information we received gave name and postcode, but no house number or street! Also information on exactly which refuse bin to use on departure would be helpful!
The apartment was immaculate, and very warm.
Our feeling was that this is a new property, and would benefit from additional crockery, and cutlery, as had there been more than 2 of us, it would only have covered one meal.
Details of restaurants and tourist sites would also be helpful.
