This home was fantastic! My large, multi-generational family went for a long weekend and everyone loved the house. The layout is perfect for a large group to be together or have space depending on your needs. The open layout of the kitchen & dining room are great for families like ours who want to be together, but if you're a group that needs separate spaces, the house is also perfect for that. The host was communicative, responsive, & friendly. The location is also great as you can walk a few minutes into the village, and with a large group, walkability is key!The ONLY critique we had (which was minor) is that it's not really a ski-in/ski-out property, especially if you have kids with you and/or it's a time of year where there's not much snow. We had 4 kids with us who were all beginner skiers/snowboarders, and the ski-in path behind the house would have been really hard for them with their gear as it's flat. We stayed at the beginning of March so there wasn't enough snow to ski to the house...my sister and I tried and there were large dirt areas we had to navigate over. Just be aware that depending on the skill level & time of year, you'll probably have to walk or drive to the gondola. Other than that, everything was exactly as described or better!
