For the price, the room was pretty mediocre. Like a lower end hotel. Crowded, bathroom not updated. No amenities beyond the basics. One restaurant pretty mediocre. And the common areas super crowded.

First off, Adan as a front desk person is excellent. Spencer at the bar also great. Room was clean, sheets, pillows comfortable. Updated but sparse in terms of decor. Wish bar had hard alcohol. Wish 'market' had a better selection.

It was a comfortable room. The beds were a little hard, but they worked well enough. I appreciated the fixtures that were geared toward cold-weather coats and equipment. The food was eh. One night, they were out of almost everything (and it happened to be the one night we decided to eat there). I would suggest eating somewhere else.

We stayed for 3 nights in January to ski. The room was fine and the bed was comfortable. No free breakfast, cost $10. Disappointments: No free coffee in the lobby as you have in most hotels. I asked for a 630am wake up call for all 3 days we were there. I only received a wake up call the first day. No wake up call on the 2nd day. Had to ask again for the last day. $20 parking per day according to the website. I wasn't informed of this when I checked in. Also ended up with a rash probably from the hot tub and needed benadryl to contain it. Overall I was disappointed with this hotel which seems more focused on the money than good customer service. Won't stay here again

Had a lovely stay! The front desk was exceptional. The women working at the continental breakfast were super kind and helpful. Love the nespresso pods in each room. Hotel was within proximity to restaurants and 15-20 minutes from the major ski resorts. Overall a 10/10 experience and would stay here again!

Perfect location to stay if you are going to Boreal Mountain Resort. Loved how spacious and clean our room was with two queen size beds and a huge bathroom. Staff were great checking us in and answering our questions. My only issue was the $20 parking... should have been included. Didnt eat at the buffet, so can't review it. Would definitely stay again unless I find a same rated hotel with free parking.
