Endymion is a spacious and contemporary detached house which lies within a group of similar properties, set back from the cliff top above the sandy beach at Porthtowan.

The house itself is stylish and comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen including an induction hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine; as well as a separate sitting/dining area with a Smart television and dining table with seating for seven. Endymion comprises of four bedrooms, two of which are on the ground floor; one king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room and one single bedroom. The family bathroom is next to the bedrooms and has a bath, separate shower, wash basin and WC. The further two rooms are located on the first floor; one with a double bed and en-suite shower room and the second with two twin single beds.

The entrance hall is spacious and light, with plenty of storage for your walking boots or beach gear. Outside, the house has a large, enclosed garden area and terrace, with garden furniture. From here you can watch the sun set and enjoy al fresco dining to your heart's content.

This light and airy property is ideal for families and friends looking for a beach or walking holiday in the heart of Cornwall. Take the short walk down the hill to the village of Porthtowan, (with a slightly longer walk back) where you find the lovely and large sandy Blue Flag beach with cafes, shops and rolling surf.
