I like that the hotel provided free shuttle between the nearest train station. Also staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms very spacious and loved view from our room 634. Would definitely stay here again when I visit Hongkong in future

Was extremely easy to get to from the airport and I got to try out the breakfast buffet before checking in. The service was amazing and everyone was so nice down to the security. The room was clean and very spacious. The only downside I can think of is that there really isn’t much within walking distance, but you should probably already know that going into it.

Great value for the money. I wish they would include at least two bottles of water each day. Come on, water is a basic human necessity and I’d thoroughly afforded to any establishment. I did appreciate the gym. The free shuttle to the metro needs to run more frequently. It often fills up and then you would have to wait 30 minutes for the next ride. If you’re not in line in the lobby you run the risk of not being able to board the next bus out. My wife and I learned to use the octopus card (Metro card) and was very well served by it.

Breakfast is inexpensive but also ordinary. The front desk staff very friendly. Property is a bit dated. Ok for a short stay. I saw a shuttle bus and asked if it was for the airport and they said yes. Perhaps they didn’t listen carefully. The shuttle driver was a grumpy old man who once the door was shut, he didn’t let me in. I had to wait for the next one. Then I found out it wasn’t to the airport but to Tsuen Wan station.

Property is amazing with nice sea view. Rooms are good size and staff were amazing with their service. Breakfast buffet is also good with several options. Swimming pool is also good, kids enjoyed a lot. Hotel is amazing with high cleanliness and hygiene. Highly recommend for the families who wants to visit the Disneyland and closer to the Airport.

Comfortable Stay

For the price I paid I wasn't expecting too much. However the staff were very helpful and polite. The room was a decent size for HK. It is in a secluded area but it makes a change from the bustle you get in HK. The views are amazing. The complimentary shuttle bus helped to get to Tsuen Wan town where you can find all shops and very much a transport hub. The shuttle service only runs to about 19:00 but the local bus service gets you back to the hotel with ease. A taxi ride is about HK$40 from Tsuen Wan town back to the hotel.
