We checks in almost midnight and were told to wait since the room didn’t seem to be ready. The only good thing was the lady at front desk was nice. We were exhausted and hungry, so we decided to go to the only food place open in the property- it was worse than food court. Pizza was not even reheated, we couldn’t finish even a half slice. The driver of airport shuttle was very nice. I had to go to concierge to set up for the shuttle after checkout but I was the only one in the shuttle. They quickly arranged the ride only fir me, that was very helpful!

So refreshing to be treated like our patronage mattered. Super helpful and friendly staff. There is security at every entrance of the casino part of the hotel. Security even patrols the casino and hotel parking lots.
