Checking took way too long, the sink was clogged when we arrived, but other than that the place was clean, also there was not any hand soap had to improvise with body wash. Overall this place did not impress me.

We stayed for two nights in a king room. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was wonderful. Our only complaint is the website and everything we read states room service is an option. After a long day of travel from Canada and enjoying our first day in Arizona we opted to hang out in the hottub, visit the casino and have a few beverages before retiring to our room to order up some room service and enjoy the rest of our eveing. We pushed fhe room service button on our phone in the room and were told they no longer offer that service. My suggestion would be to update your website. Expectations are expectations! We were in no mood to get ready to go back to the casino so went to bed without supper.

The only issues was it took 3 times replacing the room card to enter room at check in. The coffee pot didn't work and the toilet paper rack was broken. Other than these minor issues I was very satisfied with my stay.
