Overall great experience. Staff was very friendly. Plenty of food options locally or at the casino. The only issue is that the beds are very uncomfortable (hard and lumpy).
front desk supervisor tyler was the example
of how all other hotels should be. only there 1 night. room was spacious with high ceilings. only complaint is the shower head and water pressure. i get water conservation but when a shower should have taken 15 min ended up being 30min. other colleagues at the conference expressed the same thing.
Everything was great and nice to be right by the casino with several food options

Loved the pool, hot tub and hotel room and facilities was great. However, the arcade room was closed down (for several months i was told) and there was no way to order food at the hotel. You had to physically go to the casino next door to get any food, and we weren't allowed to bring drinks from the casino. We also werent allowed any food from outside of the casino in the pool area so we were basically forced to eat all meals inside the hotel room if we didnt want to buy from the casino. There were no outside seating spaces to picnic. Even with all the restaurants at the Casino, none had windows or outdoor space so it felt almost claustrophobic. With the large property they have it would have been nice to see more outside space.
Service was my biggest complaint at the hotel as the staff werent overly helpful or friendly. The lifeguards at the pool were very strict to the point that it made the poolside experience unpleasant. They should relax a bit on their interventions as it was a bit much and even with the adults it felt like they were constantly yelling at people. The unlimited free bottled water was nice but would have been nice to see filtered water.
It was quite expensive to get around the area without a car since some of the site seeing is far away and only accessible by taxi. Public transit was free which is nice but two hours to get somewhere is quite inconvenient. Overall, good experience but a few things could improve and make it worthy of another visit!
Staff need to at least give direction on where to go once they give you your room keys. Point out where the elevator is and we had to keep checking on each floor to see where our room was.
The front desk does not work well when there are problems. I was billed twice. There is not always management on site to deal with problems. I went to the desk at 8 in the morning. I was told that when management came in they could fix my double billing and would call me. I went to the desk again at 3 management had just arrived for the day. I was assured my problem was fixed by staff. Their systems seem to not work because my problem still exists. The staff cannot solve problems they can only check you in..
