A friend and I stayed a week here in March 2026 for cycling trip. The place was clean and while a bit spartan - see below - it did has the essentials (including coffee maker with pods and a blender). The hot tub was great; the large back yard is spacious and private. The AC (Nest controlled) was up to the task, quickly dropping the indoor temp to 65 for a good night's sleep when it was 100 outside during the day. The beds were very comfortable and every BR has a TV.The host Tom was extremely responsive, though we really didn't have any issues for him to handle. The location is great, 10 minute drive from downtown, and you can walk to U of A. The specific block it's on is a bit dodgy from a curb-appeal pov (next to a trailer park), but we had no problems with noise, disturbances etc. And it's right across a side street from a Safeway. There were only 2 of us in this 4 BR place (not sure why the listing says 3 BR) and I think it would feel a bit crowded with 4 people as there is only a small sitting area and an island counter "table" for dining. That said, the shaded patio has a proper dining table as well as as couches, so that can serve as the living room for larger parties I suppose.
