The hotel staff was wonderful, especially Maria. My wife left her 17 pro max in the room. We had to travel over an hour back to the hotel. But when we arrived the front desk had my wife’s phone. There are some kind ppl left in the world.

I end up paying at the App and at the Hotel. Because that I booked my stay a few minutes past midnight, the app booked me by default to the time and date of the reservation and not to the the time of the night that I wanted to expend. I was not able to cancel for stupid rules at the app, but one thing I could not stand up was the attitude of the Hotel Personnel who cynically said, Yes you are booked but for TODAY after 3pm and saying she couldn't do anything other than charge me again if I wanted to stay. I feel ripped off and mistreated, although I understand the non human sense of an app I can not put up with the lack of humanity of the Lady at the front desk at the hotel were no other options were given other than paying again.
