Nicely sized, perfectly arranged, entire home with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, fenced yard, located in a family-friendly, park community!

Close to Davis Monthan Air Force Base, IBM, UofA Tech Park, Amazon, Kino Sports Complex, GEM shows, Vail, Rita Ranch, Tucson Raceway, Pima County Fairgrounds, etc. Just a few blocks from I-10, it's easy to get to Benson, Sonoita, Tombstone, Bisbee and Douglas. It is convenient to get into downtown and central Tucson from the freeway as well.

At 1601 square feet, this is a perfectly sized home for a family or large group. This home is located in the family-friendly, subdivided community of Sycamore Park in Tucson. It's easy to walk or bike throughout the community to enjoy the shared spaces including playgrounds, sport courts and fields, BBQs and even a dog park.

This house offers a relaxing environment away from the traffic and noise of downtown and the University. It's so close to the I-10 freeway, getting into and out of Tucson is relatively easy.

We offer three full-bedrooms and two full-baths. All beds are queen-sized with all linens, additional blankets and pillows, bedside lamps, seating areas, luggage racks, dressers, linen closets and clothes hampers. Kitchen is fully-stocked for all cooking needs including essentials such as oil, salt, pepper, bottled water and more.

We offer bathroom essentials in travel size of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and body wash. Hand soap, cleaning materials, laundry soaps are all provided in the home.

Complimentary wine rack. Charcoal BBQ on patio with outdoor seating. Private, walled back yard with gate access. Dog safe and friendly. We do not accept cats.

We very much enjoyed this property. Convenient location which is about a 20 minute drive to most places we wanted to go in Tucson. Comfortable furniture and beds, safe neighborhood, fairly quiet, and clean. The property manager is pleasant to work with and communicated quite well. We would stay here again.

We would highly recommend this rental! We just relocated from North Carolina and stayed in the house for 2 months while we looked for a home to purchase. The house was completely stocked, excellent backyard for our 2 small dogs and very quiet, safe neighborhood! Lisa was excellent at answering any questions we had and even checked in and restocked items half way through our stay!

The house was exceptional and very comfortable. The property manager was very helpful and helped to fix an issue very promptly. The backyard needs some care and the tv’s programming needs to be upgraded, but the house is situated in a very quiet area. I would stay here again.

The house was beautiful and spacious. We came to Arizona to have Thanksgiving with my Dad. We had a great time. The towels were fully stocked as well as the pantry. There were plenty of kitchen tools to use! Good communication with the hostess. We had a great time!
