El hotel está muy viejo, sucio. La primera habitación que nos dieron apestaba a humedad , la alfombra sucia . El pasillo apestaba a marihuana. El wifi no servía. Los contactos de luz solo servía 1. Lo único salvable es la atención del personal , muy amables . De ahí en fuera el hotel necesitan remodelarlo completamente o de plano demolerlo. No es ni la sombra de lo que era antes.

Ramada Viscount Suites Tucson has a outdated HVAC system which CANNOT be switched from AC to heat by the CUSTOMER. A handyman must be called to do it. They put us in an ADA room at our request in the evening, but did NOT TELL US that we would have no heat, because the handymen had all gone home! We FROZE all night; got NO SLEEP

Seriously, Awful experience! The room was really bad, dusty, old, sticky floors, smelly, appliances in really bad condition. The sofa and chairs were all dirty, old and looked like greasy surfaces. DO NOT book with them, not hygienic at all! Be careful!
