The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. What stood out was the wonderful support from the desk clerk who registered and assigned the room. She was on the ball, informing me where to park my car, arranging for an early airport transport, having a to-go bag breakfast prepared, a wake-up call, plus a great bed. She was arranging each request as we spoke. Never seen that before at any hotel. A+ for her.

very clean, especially the bathroom. not what i would expect of “premium “ bedding. the beds were very firm, almost hard. the pillow top was completely inadequate on one of the beds, the other bed was a bit softer. the sheets were mostly very smooth, again only on one bed. the other bed had such heavy pilling on the bottom sheet tha it felt like sand in the bed. breakfast was limited, and they ran out of half and half and milk. so, i don’t think i’d choose to stay here again.
