The elevator was broke and they were redoing rooms because of a flood / burst pipes but didn’t tell me at time of check in that the elevator was broke and they didn’t have any rooms available on the first floor . Would have been nice to be told at check in about the elevator

I have stayed here 5 times now. They are always accomodating. I wanted a larger tv and they moved my room where that was accommodated. Their breakfast is great and the staff is always friendly and welcoming.

We had a last minute weekend trip with our children. #1 priority in finding a place to stay was cleanliness, #2 was an indoor heated swimming pool for the kids. The staff were pleasant, a wife and husband, responsive, and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Belgain waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage or ham, biscuits, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, apples and oranges, fruit juices, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. The hotel is under renovation so the room was a little dusty, but still very clean. The A/C worked great. The linens were all bright white. The bathroom lacked counter space but was exceptionally clean.
