The hotel is right off a major street and access was easy. The person at the desk was very pleasant. I went to the room and the toilet handle was broken so she got us into another room immediately. It had a tub/shower and we prefer a walk-in shower because my wife has a bad knee. Other Hampton Inns we have stayed at had walk-in showers in every room so this was a disappointment.
