First the room was just ok, blinds were broken, then fan was swinging so much that the blades were bouncing off the ceiling. Breakfast was absolutely horrid, coffee tasted like dirt water. I usually go there when I visit, I think bext time I will go somewhere else

Parts of the hotel are under renovation and there was no mention on the website. Guest dogs barking at all hours of the night. Nothing towards animal lovers but I would never stay at a hotel that accepts pets again. The shower loor was dirty. The toilet started leaking the minute it was flushed. The outside of the hotel looked dirty with a bunch of storage containers due to the renovations. We complained about the room and were moved to a different floor. After that everything was Ok. Beds aren’t very comfortable even at the newly renovated room. The good , the staff was friendly and the breakfast was Ok. The indoor general facilities were spotless. Great location.

No running/flushing water. Couldn’t shower and couldn’t go use the bathroom. No phone in room so I had to keep walking down to the front desk to check the status on what was going on with the water. Staff wasn’t vet helpful with anything.

Beds were hard as rocks, rooms weren’t very clean, sofa’s also rock hard, equipped kitchenette was a joke, outside property overgrown trees had to dodge so didn’t scrap up vehicles, the guy that checked us in shouldn’t be in his roll very rude. The breakfast lady was wonderful and one house keeper was a doll. The young woman that checked us out was also a doll. But overall the lack of comfort in beds and seating would make it a definite not stay again

It is as if construction didn’t finish and they opened anyway. Shower has no shelves, all soaps and shampoos are on the floor. Tiny trashcan for the entire suite. Overflows right away with no cleaning. No one can use the sink (outside the bathroom without blinding other people sleeping with light. Many other odd issues as well.
