When we first arrived there were homeless people sleeping outside around the steps and pool. We got to our room and on first initial glance it looked nice but there was blood drops all on the bedding and one of the towels had pinkish blood stains. The next day of our stay when we arrived back that night we had to step around someone who was laying on the ground to get to our room. We did not realize there was a club across the street and that definitely brought sketchy people to the area.
Check in was strange. I made my reservation months before and i called serval times to make sure I was able to check-in as iâm under 21 and the hotel is a 18+ checkin so i knew iâd be okay but the man told me i wasnât able to check in because it was to be 21 even tho thereâs a sign right next to the front desk that says 18. he then tried to tell me that the safety deposit was $150 when i checked two or three times over the phone with the hotel and was told it was $100. I was thankful that he let me check in and only charged me $100 for the safety fee.The room was really nice besides some dishes were dirty and the blankets on one of the beds had burn holes all over. Everything else was great, we really enjoyed our stay it was quiet and yes it can be a scary area but itâs a very lit up area. I felt very safe and we had 3 young females in the room. I definitely recommend this location and i will most likely stay here again in the future.
It was the absolutely one of best motel that i have stayed in in quite awhile. I would compare it to a 5 star hotel anyday. The staff was great an i actually met the general manager an he was amazing, so many other hotels should take notes from this location.
We booked and paid extra for a kitchette.. for a room with a place for a cooktop bit no cooktop. Only a microwave. Ripoff. This morning (0930) housekeeping walked in while i was in the sitting area. Then realized i was there and left. Then came back knocked and attempted to open the for again. I'm not sure why they cannot knock BEFORE entering.
I had to ask to get a different room twice because of heavy weed use in the room, Iâm allergic , so I couldnât even walk in the rooms. I didnât feel safe after the first night and didnât even stay the second night.
I stay at a lot of budget motels, had mostly sworn off the Motel 6 brands after bad experiences, but this one is GREAT. I could not believe it. Pool is as great as looks in photos. Room and grounds very clean. And not being used as a homeless shelter--lots of work trucks (they are kitchen equipped so motel are going to have long term residents) but no loitering or sketchy people around. Con: it is next to a couple other budget motels but they did seem quiet. Parking lot is convoluted and you may not get a space in front of your door. Other than that, great place...if only the entire brand and all budgets could be like this.
My husband and I stayed here for a month after transferring with his job. The staff was always so polite and nice. Even on check out day, I was told to take my time, which was great since I was moving all our stuff by myself while my husband was at work. Housekeeping was always there day to day for anything we needed. Room was very nice and up-to-date. VERY CLEAN! We loved having the kitchenette for in house cooking to save money. Would suggest though a light above sink area for better lighting when cooking but still nice to have along with a 3/4 refrigerator. Bed is absolutely comfy and we always slept great every night. Even though its close to the interstate it was quiet in our room. The pool was a great amenity to have as well as the laundry room! I come back to Tulsa and I will pick this hotel again and again! Keep up the amazing work you all! Thanks for a great stay!
My husband and I have been staying here since his transfer for work from Hawaii and we have had a great expereince. Staff is very polite and and easy to work with. Housekeeping is always here everyday to make sure our room is clean and we have what we need. Even with the Interstate near its quiet and and peaceful. Room is clean, bed is very comfy, kitchenette is great but would suggest a light under the shelf so its much easier to use but we love having it to save money from eating out all the time. The pool and the area around is always clean and we have enjoyed being able to go out and enjoy it as well. I would suggest this hotel to anyone who either just needs a night to lay their head or even if they are new to the area and need a little longer time to settle in.
