It has spectacular views of the sea and it is the ideal place to enjoy privacy, and astonishing sunrises.



To move around the hotel zone we recommend bikes or scooters as it is an easy, beautiful and fast way of enjoying the beautiful Tulum beach road. It helps you avoid the evening traffic and the need to be finding a parking lot. To arrive to the property we recommend a taxi straight from Cancun airport. We can help you with transportation arrangements as well as booking all sorts of different activities in the area you might be interested in doing. Casa Zaba is one of the few properties that has a cenote 800 meters long and 4 to 8 meters deep, with private access for our guests. Come live one of the most amazing and magical events of nature, when the turtles come up on the beach to lay their eggs, where we already have two nests.When you see a turtle coming out of the ocean, please don't use a flash light or smoke and be very quiet . We do our best to protect the nature and want to maintain this property with sustainable practices as much as we can. For this reason, the property offers the AC only during the night for 12 hours.V VERY IMPORTANT: By signing and accepting this agreement, you are abiding by the laws of Mexico. There are no gatherings or parties. There is no outside music allowed other than on the deck from the hours of 9am to 6pm and not loud, if this rule is broken, any and all fees legal, fines and loss of incomes from closure of the property are the sole responsibility of the renter. Also the fire on the beach is not allowed.

It can not be corrected on the Air BnB map This place consists of 2 villas located within the same compound: The first villa consists of a large private bedroom with full bathroom on the second floor including a small living room and a wide open space to enjoy a relaxing evening. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen, small living room, 2 bedrooms, one of them in suite with full bathroom and the other bedroom has a shared full bathroom with the whole villa. Within this villa, you will also find a porch with a relaxing bed overlooking the ocean as well as an outside dining table excellent for enjoying relaxing sunset evenings. The second villa consists of a private 1 Bedroom unit with full bathroom, private Kitchen with dining table as well as a small outside terrace to enjoy the surroundings. There is a second floor Bedroom unit with full bathroom and a wide terrace with partial oceanview to enjoy a relaxing evening with your loved ones.

Myriam is in charge of the property and she'll be helping you with anything you need during your stay. Juan Carlos lives on the property and are in charge of maintaining the house and is also available from 8am to 4pm within the complex. You can ask any of them for questions or needs you may have during your stay. We also offer cooking service in case you would like to have breakfast, lunch or dinner prepared for you for an additional cost, please ask for this service to our host once you have made your reservation in case you're interested.
