Had a great time at the villa. The house is as advertised. It came fully stocked to include snorkel gear, vest, coolers, glasses, cookware, appliances, etc. The villa is the only house with a dock which was wonderful. The snorkeling was fun and we saw lots of sea life. I would also highly recommend using Leydi to cook. She was a great cook. However, reimbursement for cooking and groceries is due immediately. One huge con was the taxi prices. To get back and forth to the market/grocery was 100USD round trip. To get to Tulum it was 150USD. Extremely expensive. And the Tv in the living room lacked options to watch TV.

One Of The Best Beach Stays!

As short term rental owners ourselves we often are surprised by how little attention is paid to details at most properties but that is NOT THE CASE with Casa Caribbean Soul. This property is in the top 2 of beach stays our family has ever had. The listing is VERY accurate and the home is lovely. It was fabulous having plenty of opportunities to be in the sun but the shade spots, breeze off the deck, hammocks, pool on the roof, etc., all offered their reprieve from the summer heat and also allowed us to enjoy the beauty of the place. Marcos and Leida were amazing. We opted to have about half our dinners cooked by Leida and they were fabulous. This was the first time we took advantage of having groceries at the home upon our arrival and that made our delayed arrival SO NICE! The property was also blessed with it's slight elevation to not be negatively impacted by the seaweed masses impacting the region. Truly a 5-Star stay! Communication with the host was also easy and responsive even once we were at the home. One of the few that we'd target for a return stay! Thank you!

Breathtaking property!

We took our daughter and a few friends to Tulum to celebrate her 28th birthday. The home, the property, the caretakers were even better than described! We loved the neighborhood. Very quiet with a few cute, tiny boutique hotels in between homes with nice bars & restaurants within walking distance. Plus a nice little cenote you can walk to. Marcos is a delight! He took very good care of us and the property. (coffee was made every morning when we woke up and the beach was raked like a zen garden daily!) Lydia cooked a delicious dinner for us the night we arrived and 2 lovely breakfasts as well. We loved being able to snorkel, paddleboard & kayak in the protected bay right behind the house. We would give more stars if possible!

Amazing Oasis!

We stayed for a week in March at Casa Caribean Soul and it was paradise! Communication with the owner and caretakers was easy and quick. The house was big enough for us to have our own space and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals. We did have Leydi cook for us two days- breakfast and dinnner - which is so convenient when you are out exploring all day! The house is so close to many sights to see - Tulum town, the Tulum and Coba Ruins, so many Cenotes and more! If you don't wan't to leave, there is amazing snorkeling right out of the back door under the dock and in Tankeh Bay. 10/10 we would stay again!

Christmas in paradise

We loved our stay here. We came with our family for Christmas and had a wonderful time. The home is well equipped and we opted to spend most our time out on the dock relaxing in the hammocks, fishing and snorkeling. Marcos and Leydi quietly keep the home clean and tidy, they allow you privacy but are available for any needs. We enjoyed a cooked meal by Leydi, which was great. Bedrooms are comfortable and nice to have an en suite in each room. Can’t say enough good things about this home, don’t hesitate to book. .

Amazing vacation

This place is unbelievable and made our trip to Mexico! The beach and dock are amazing, we could have just stayed at the house all week but the location makes it easy to get to anything. Marcos made our stay super enjoyable and made us a fabulous dinner one day. The only con is the horrible road leading to the house riddled with pot holes, but it was worth it. We stayed as a family of five and there was more than enough room to spread out and relax and do our own thing. I would stay here again any day of the year.

Wonderful place to stay!

This property is the perfect place to get away and relax! The communication is excellent with Marcel the property manager. We had a few questions that were answers very quickly. The house itself is the only property with a dock that gives you great, private access to the water. Our family spent an incredible amount of time here in the hammocks under the palapa. There are lots of fish under the dock to see while snorkeling. The property also has paddle boards and kayaks to use and all of the safety equipment you may need. The house has 3 well appointed guest suites that give you plenty of privacy and are quiet. The rooftop deck has a pool with jets and seating to watch the sunset or to just listen to the waves! The public areas are very open and comfortable and easily accommodated our family of 6. One of the best features of this property are the caretakers Marco and Leydi. They live in a casita on the property but are in no way intrusive. They are very helpful and the house stayed spotless. We elected to have our dinners prepared by Leydi each night and it was one of the best parts of our experience. We had a home cooked meal of our choosing every night. This added to the relaxing vacation we needed. We had several breakfasts as well. Our family thoroughly enjoyed this property. If you are looking for sun, sand, sea, and relaxation, this place is perfect!! I would not hesitate to stay here again!!
