Best Condo in Zama Gardens

Our stay got off to a rough start as we did not receive detailed instructions on where the condo was exactly or how to get in until two hours after we arrived in Tulum. We were very close to contacting Travelocity, canceling our reservation and finding new accommodations--at 9:30 at night. The management company had plenty of time to send this information as we had made our reservation four weeks in advance. Also, the listing provided on exact address, point-of-contact, or useful phone number. We called the number provided, but only got a recording. While we left a message, we did not receive a callback. Thankfully, all of the required information arrived by email before we made any progress with a cancellation. With regard to the condo. It was great. It is in a great location, close to beaches and to downtown Tulum. It is only a short drive to the Tulum ruins, and other attractions like Akumal Bay and Sian Ka'an. The condo is in excellent condition. There was plenty of clean towels and linens. The kitchen was adequately stocked. We loved the ground floor location with a private patio just steps from the shared swimming pool. The pool had a shower which was ideal for washing off sand when returning from the beach. If it hadn't been for the rough start, it would have been a perfect stay. We'd definitely recommend it and even stay there again on a future trip to Tulum which we definitely want to do and stay even longer than just one week.

apartamentos lejos de la playa y no comodos

Para salir del apartamente habia que tomar siempre taxi porque estaba lejos de la playa y del centro, por lo que para cada viaje habia que sumarle lo del transportes. El apartamente se entrego sucio, se ve que no revisaron el lugar de las personas que estaban anteriormente, faltaban sabanas, toallas y edredones. la lavadora tenia agua estancada de la reserva anterior, y el personal que nos atendio no estuvo atento, contestaban mucho despues. Se cayo una rejilla del baño lo cual lo hizo inservible durante nuestra estancia, y no lo fueron a arreglar. no es una zona comoda para quedarse, los apartamentos son bonitos pero no les dan el mantenimiento adecuado y la limpieza si fallo y todo super caro al rededor, nos recomendaron un super "organico" que vendía carisimo todo.

Hotel super, concierge au top

L’appartement était vraiment parfait même si il était plus sombre et un peu différent que sur les photos. Armando le concierge a été le véritable point positif du séjour. Il nous a beaucoup aide et conseillé pour rendre notre visite à Tullum extremement agréable
