The property is located in the hotel zone km 10 beside Gitano Beach on the beach side.

Casa Zaba is one of the few properties that has a cenote 800 meters long and 4 to 8 meters deep, with private access for our guests.

We do our best to protect the nature and want to maintain this property with sustainable practices as much as we can. For this reason, the property offers the AC only during the night for 12 hours.V VERY IMPORTANT: By signing and accepting this agreement, you are abiding by the laws of Mexico. There are no gatherings or parties. There is no outside music allowed other than on the deck from the hours of 9am to 6pm and not loud, if this rule is broken, any and all fees legal, fines and loss of incomes from closure of the property are the sole responsibility of the renter. Also the fire on the beach is not allowed.

To move around the hotel zone we recommend bikes or scooters as it is an easy, beautiful and fast way of enjoying the beautiful Tulum beach road. It helps you avoid the evening traffic and the need to be finding a parking lot. To arrive to the property we recommend a taxi straight from Cancun airport. We can help you with transportation arrangements as well as booking all sorts of different activities in the area you might be interested in doing. We recommend to rent a car at the airport, the taxis are very expensive. We can offer you reservation for a private transportation from the airport.
