The property is located in the hotel zone km 10 beside Gitano Beach on the beach side.

Casa Zaba is one of the few properties that has a cenote 800 meters long and 4 to 8 meters deep, with private access for our guests. Come live one of the most amazing and magical events of nature, when the turtles come up on the beach to lay their eggs, where we already have two nests.When you see a turtle coming out of the ocean, please don't use a flash light or smoke and be very quiet . We do our best to protect the nature and want to maintain this property with sustainable practices as much as we can. For this reason, the property offers the AC only during the night for 12 hours.V VERY IMPORTANT: By signing and accepting this agreement, you are abiding by the laws of Mexico. There are no gatherings or parties. There is no outside music allowed other than on the deck from the hours of 9am to 6pm and not loud, if this rule is broken, any and all fees legal, fines and loss of incomes from closure of the property are the sole responsibility of the renter. Also the fire on the beach is not allowed.
