What I especially enjoyed was the hotel’s design: my beautiful modern spacious room, the attractive spacious dining area with a gorgeous view to the sea. The hotel staff was excellent. I really appreciated as a solo traveler the hotel and hotel staff making sure I took full advantage of the nightlife options. There were some issues inside the room that were eventually fixed. Not a big deal. Thanks to everyone from Umi for making me feel welcome and for the beautiful atmophere.

This place is so special. It is absolutely beautiful and the staff are incredible and so attentive. My fiancée and I stayed here mid November and the beach and water were so clean. We absolutely loved our syay at Umi tulum. The staff was so kind and accommodating, they even upgraded our room to a beautiful beach front room ! This hotel is spectacular. When we were there, it was a little bit quiet, but that was perfect because we had a lot of one-on-one attention from the staff and they really took extra care to make sure that we were very comfortable.
