Beware of extra charges

They charged my card twice despite me having already prepaying through hotels.com. when i called to ask about it, they said the card they had on file was a prepaid card, which was not true because they ran it through as i stood and watched,thinking it was just for the pet fee. Yet they charged me twice. And the morning shoft worker i talked to said she would call the night shift person and text or call me , which she never did. So now i need to call again. Also when we got to the room, it smelled like cat pee and the bathroom was dirty. Really dodnt want to take a shower in there.

This property is old and worn down. It needs an upgrade throughout. The bed was comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. The shower should have been better cleaned. There were multiple black curly hair found on the walls.

We walked into our room and felt very unsafe. There was a strong cigarette smoke and Majuna smoke smell in the hall covered up by Lysol spray. People yelling in the room next to ours. The room was not clean. We left and stayed at another hotel. I paid the full night and it was not refundable.

The hall smelled like weed we stayed for 2 days and the hall sounded like kids running back and forth rooms were small one lady at the desk acted rude when we ran out of toilet tissue and I asked for a roll she seem to act like it was beneath her just an overall bad experience
