Clean and close!

The rooms are very clean and the breakfast had a bit of everything, rooms were quiet and newly renovated, it shows! Not very far from the center of town, but if you do t feel like walking it’s around the block from a bus stop and super close to the train station. very convenient placement.

Excellent hotel for the price

I had a great stay at Orchidea during a short passing from Turin. Clean room in a very good condition, very good breakfast and excellent service for one of the best prices in my whole traveling experience from a lot of hotels i have stayed so far! I would definitely stay there again!

We asked to be charred in person and in cash they charged our credit cart and then told us they would send the money back so we gave them cash as well. Still no money back. So we were charged twice.

ok hotel but needs improvement

Overall, it was an ok choice. The close proximity to the train station (Porta Susa) was very convenient as we arrived in and left Turin by train from Milan. Also, the room was clean. However, our room was very cold because there was a window in the bathroom which is not designed to fully close (no latch), and Turin is very cold in the winter. Also, the heating is centralized and does not run all the time. There was a safe in the room but it was locked shut and therefore unusable. In addition, the website where we made the booking as well as our confirmation email stated that check-in time is 14:00, but when we arrived less than an hour early, they insisted that check-in time was 15:00, so we had to wait much longer than we were expecting to check in.
