The accommodation is located on the first floor of a historic building, easily accessible by lift. The living area opens onto an induction American kitchen, fully equipped with refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery and utensils, completed by a dining table and a television. The sleeping area comprises a bedroom with a double bed and a comfortable two-seater sofa bed, whilst the bathroom, functional and modern, is equipped with a shower.
