Modern and recently renovated apartment, ideally located just steps from the Pozzo Strada metro station. The area is well-served by shops and restaurants, and the Tesoriera Park is within walking distance.



Located on the third floor of a building with an elevator, the apartment features a spacious entrance, and a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, and dining table.
