SKIP THE AUTOCAMP and head here instead ā this place is the perfect blend of nature and glamping. The yurts are some of the coolest accommodations Iāve ever stayed in, and theyāre 100% authentic yurts from Mongolia. Each yurt is spaced out nicely, giving you plenty of privacy and room to relax. Plus, itās conveniently located just a short 7ā10 minute drive from the entrance to Joshua Tree National Park.
My wife, our two daughters, and I stayed here over the Thanksgiving holiday for three nights, and we had an absolute blast. The owner and host, Erin, is genuinely one of the kindest people weāve ever met ā incredibly attentive, warm, and thoughtful. She took care of anything we needed (which wasnāt much, because this place is so well-set-up). And for anyone who isnāt quite ready to fully unplug ā yes, thereās WiFi, too.
Thank you again, Erin. You and your yurts were amazing.
