The first thing to know about this property is that it is basically located on a junk yard. There are buildings with windows boarded up just a few yards from the cabin, and many piles of junk in the backyard. If you are looking for something romantic or even kid friendly, this place is NOT IT. It was so bad we decided to leave the property even though we drove 600 miles to be here.
Also- the management team from Rocky Mountain Homes is HORRIBLE to work with. We let them know about the junk and how we did not feel comfortable here due to the MISLEADING photos of this property, and two different people (Helen and Mary) sent us addresses to other places we could transfer to (which was nice), but then GHOUSTED us. Literally sent us to other cabins to look at then decided to turn off their phones. It was a crazy experience and led to me spending thousands of dollars to ultimately stay at a hotel in Dillion.
They did all of this knowing we were traveling with an infant.. they even asked if we needed a crib via text, then left us waiting 4 hours before telling us that never mind they won't help us.. these people are cancer..
