I would like to start by saying I enjoyed my stay, as did my wife. The location is secluded and convenient for day trips to Littleton, Conway, and the National Forest. The jacuzzi is clean and well maintained. The property is pretty and has plenty of space for activities. The cabin itself is fairly dated. There’s nothing structurally wrong, it could just use updating. The furniture especially needs an update. It’s small, of course, but functional. The only thing I’d note for future renters is that I wouldn’t recommend the stay for more than two people. The loft queen is not really for the summer as it stays very very hot despite AC. The bugs can get in, just something you need to deal with out in the woods. The bugs are also plentiful, be prepared. We thought we were but I wish we over prepared. The owners are very responsive. We did need to put the AC in ourselves and it’s not a big problem but I would ask the owners before renting at the beginning of the summer season whether the AC is actually installed or not. Overall I enjoyed the stay. It was a fun time and I would recommend it for a couple.
