About this space
Renting my downstairs unit in the heart of Two Rivers, Wisconsin. Located a short 45 minute drive from Lambeau Field in Green Bay and a few blocks away from Neshotah Beach. Many other attractions nearby. There is Wi-fi available in the house, no cable TV service, only air TV. Bring your Vudu, Netflix or Hulu accounts and enjoy. Fully stocked kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, toaster etc.. and brand new bathroom. Has new air conditioner for those hot summer days.
The space
2 elegant and cozy bedrooms, with lots of natural light and storage space. Brand new bathroom and new laminate wood flooring. Nicely stocked kitchen with brand new refrigerator and gas stove with oven. New microwave, toaster and coffee maker. There are dishes, silverware, pots and pans available too. Comfy living room, with LCD TV and DVD Blu Ray player, vintage décor. Brand new AC unit.
Guest access
Guests will be able to self check in. There is a smart lock with keypad at the front door, a lockbox with keys in case they are needed and another set of keys inside the house.
Other things to note
During the winter there is an active street parking ban in the city of Two Rivers. Do not leave your car parked in the street between midnight and dawn or you might get a parking citation.

Well located

The house is conveniently located near the center of Two Rivers. There are two markets, several downtown shops, and several restaurants close by. The lakefront and parks are close enough to walk to or a short drive away.
