Place seemed ran down for the price. If i would have known that we would have finished our last two nights of vacation in Hilton Head at the hotel we had just left for about the same price.

By the pictures that are currently posted on your website the room looks very clean and very nice. However upon arriving, the room was filthy. The countertops had something sticky all over them with a coating of sand. The comforter that was on the bed had something stained all over the corner of it. The bathroom was filthy. I went to the office and spoke with a young girl that said she would send someone to clean it. I asked if there was another room we could go to, she stated that there wasn’t any available. Yet I could reserve one on Expedia itself. The young lady sent the maintenance man with a spray bottle of cleaner and a 1 towel to clean this entire room.. Needless to say, it was still unsanitary. I do have pictures that I will be attaching to this review if there is a place to put them. As far as a return trip to this hotel, that won’t ever happen again. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

We were only there for 1 night for a comedy performance. The hotel was convenient and very clean. The beds were comfortable with lots of pillows. The room arrangement gave plenty of room with a large bathroom counter and a nice-sized fridge with freezer. Staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating.

The room was a little cold this time of year we put the heat on for a little bit in the day we could see the ocean from our balcony. My room was out of a box of Kleenex so it needed more Kleenex but I didn’t say anything the room was fine and it was clean and we only stayed one night to go to a memorial for my dear friend. I miss the restaurants in the bar and the nightclub that used to be there when I was younger and before it was remodeled I liked it better then

We loved this property clean, on beach, watched sun rise. Staff was great! Heated pool and cute sitting areas. It was just lacking a good breakfast. It was a continental one. BUT within walking distance awesome breakfast spots.

I loved my sunrise view. The room could have been more updated and cleaner. There was a lot of mold around the shower door. Toilet paper holder was pulling away from the wall. The sink had a slow drain. The wifi was very sketchy. Had to sit at edge of bed to get it. We did have a good time in Tybee and loved the idea that there was no commercialism. Everything privately owned has a nice quaint feel to it.

The staff when checking in was not really friendly. The room could use a remodeling especially the carpet. Parking is bad, not much to do in that area will have to drive to Savannah

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The building and decor is a little tired and could use some updating. The view from our room 202 was excellent. But you and easily HEAR everyone and thing. The door to #202 must be fixed. It sticks so it makes a lot of noise opening and closing. The room was clean, shower very large and nice. Adequate experience in facility. Beach access was wonderful!!!

10th Annual Tybee Island Redfish Tournament .

Our room had an oceanview like advertised. Excellent room, Excellent location and fantastic price. Stayed here for the 10th Annual Tybee Island Redfish Tournament. Excellent location and will stay here again next year. Bonus it was the same weekend as the Tybee Island Pirate Festival which was amazing.
