Nice stay by the beach

This is a great spot for going right to the beach. It was definitely more crowded at the beach on the weekend than during the week. Do note, the elevator opens right to the condo. It can be locked, but makes accessing it with multiple people a little more complicated.

Paradise Getaway

This property far exceeded our expectations & was exactly what we needed to make our first- time beach visit amazing! The only reason we gave the 3/5 on cleanliness was the floors... after showers, your feet were black from walking on the floors barefoot. Other than that, we were over the top about this rental! From the elevator, that kept us from packing all of our stuff up & down stairs... to the 5 min walk to the beach & ocean, the balcony & spacious rooms, this property was a gem & very much a highlight of our trip!

Convenient location and great view

We had a great view of the ocean from several spots. The location is in a really busy spot, but is extremely convenient to the beach and nearby shops. My father is disabled, so having the elevator for him was fantastic. Fair warning that this is disability friendly with a companion. The doors to get into the garage are extremely heavy, but once in you are able to open the garage door for easy access. My father uses a cane, so he was still able to navigate those. The beds were all very comfortable and there were plenty of towels provided. We were given two sets of keys to access the outer door and elevator(a key allows you to access the 3rd floor). I recommend bringing a lanyard to attach to them(I believe it was $150 to replace). Overall we had a very pleasant stay.

Good Place

The condo is a nice layout and accommodated our family well. The area of Tybee was a little busy - the condo is basically right above a public lot. But it is super close to main shopping/restaurant area. Our only complaint for the condo itself is that the bunk beds aren’t safe - the railing on the top bunk did not go more than an inch or two above the mattress. We didn’t feel comfortable letting our kids sleep up there and that was a disappointment for them. One thing we did enjoy were all the VHS tapes - my kids loved waking up and going and watching an old movie!

OK overall. Needs cleaning and

We stayed at this condo in April 2023. Pros: - Short walk to beaches and nice view of water from the dining area - Great proximity to restaurants and touristy shops - There was a playpen in the closet, and many VCR/DVD movies and some books - Beds are comfy - We didn't hear any noise from the other units Cons - Floors were filthy. Our infant was crawling and their hands and knees were black with filth. We contacted the management and they sent someone to clean the floors with what was essentially a Swiffer mop. It made little difference to the state of the floors. The floors need a serious deep clean. - The sofas are stained and dirty, lots of dust and crumbs in them. - The elevator opens into the kitchen. There is no way to lock it to ensure management/cleaners cannot let themselves in as they have a copy of the keys. - The doors to get into the building need a sharp tug to close all the way. You might do this, but if the tenants in the other 2 units don't, anyone can get into the building. Notes - We had 2 sets of keys but only 1 elevator key. Not a big deal but if everyone in your party can't do stairs, you may have to coordinate better. - The inside parking spot of for this unit is right by the elevator. We didn't end up using it because it is narrow to get into the elevator if a car is parked right in front of it. We parked outside on the driveway instead. - On weekends, the parking lot at the end of the road gets busy. Be aware that it can be noisy in the evenings. TLDR: Our stay was ok, we won't be returning due to cleanliness and security issues. If you don't have kids, wear shoes inside, and aren't worried about security, then this is a great location to stay at right by the beach.
