Pros:The old house was very unique and clean. We enjoyed the inside vibe very much. You can't see the beach itself because of the dunes, but the beach was right there at a short distance. It was a gorgeous view either way. The price for 4 nights was decent. Not cheap but not too expensive either. Also the ac was excellent and the hot water was too! Very family friendly place as well. Cons:The street to it is a narrow drive between 2 hotels. It was a little hard to find. There is a huge warp in the 2nd entrance inside the train car part that we kept tripping over. I highly suggest it get repaired before renting it out again. If someone does get hurt, that's an easy lawsuit. Most of the doors wouldn't shut all the way but it wasn't a big deal to us. The front door was a learning experience to open and close... there was a trick to it. But we learned it quickly.
