Roomy and Great Location

The property is in a great location - between the ocean and the river, with many restaurants and shops. Very roomy (there were 7 of us), clean, and full of fun activities - pool, pool toys, board games, ping pong, foosball, and water toys. Plenty of kitchenware, comfy rooms and relaxing back and front porches. Management is communicative and responds quickly. The reason for 4/5 was a lack of basic supplies when we arrived - coffee, laundry/dish/dishwasher detergent, and body wash.

Nice home and location with lovely pool.

The home was clean and ready on our arrival. Couple minor issues dealt with rapidly by management company. Short walk to the beach. Would be nice to have a table down by the pool area to eat outside. Kitchen could use a few drying towels and a clean dish drainer. Second floor bedroom beside the bath mattress should be replaced. Pool was cleaned and heated as requested. We would stay here again.

My family and I stayed here for the week and it was great. The house was clean. Location was great. Beautiful!!! Communication was at all times to make sure everything was going smoothly. Definitely would book and stay again.

Great location

About 5 mins from the beach which was perfect. Nice and quiet during the evening which helped the kids sleep. Great service from management during our stay which happened to coincide with tropical storm Debbie. They checked on us a couple times during the week.

Fantastic Tybee house

Our family of 5 had plenty of room in this beautiful Tybee getaway. Super clean. Close to everything. Walk to watch the sun rise on the beach. Then a short walk the other way to watch the sun set over Tybee creek and the marsh. Highly recommended.

Great Vacation

Our group loved our stay. Everything was as listed and shown in the photos. Check in and out we’re seamless. Property manager checked in with us on the second day to ensure we didn’t need anything. The pool was a great added feature that didn’t disappoint. Quick walk to beach and shops. Our group can’t wait to come back and stay at this property.

Beautiful house and perfect location

We had an absolutely amazing time at the house on Tyler Island! It was the perfect fit for our family, providing everything we needed for a memorable vacation. The best part was its ideal location, just a short walk away from the beach, restaurants, and shops. We loved the convenience of being able to easily explore and indulge in local attractions without any hassle. This house truly made our stay even more special, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Perfect little getaway

My husband and I took advantage of this property for not only the private pool but its proximity to everything else. We didn’t have use for the top portion of the home except for the bathtub (there is not a bathtub on the main floor, just two amazing walk in showers).It’s within walking distance of basically everything. From souvenir shops, restaurants or the beach.. everything is within 4 blocks or so. We brought a portable high chair but they even had one available for us to use in the closet (which I thought was just wonderful) along with basically every board game you could think of. The front porch was perfect for some alone time with my husband after our daughter went to sleep or some reading and was just so peaceful. This property does not have a keurig so if you’re a coffee drinker like we are, don’t forget to bring your grounds! I would also recommend bringing a cart or stroller of some sort if you do have toddlers like us because even though it is so close walking wise (and you’re almost forced to because parking is just so limited here) hauling a toddler can be uncomfortable for everyone. We gave in and bought one at the local shop for $250 but I wish we would’ve brought our own to save some money. Everything is super close together but it was private enough for us to forget that part of it. We will def be back!

Fabulous property

We had a great time at the Oyster Shooter- staying after Christmas with 3 adult children. The property was neat and clean and had everything we needed. We didn't use the pool due to time of year. Check in was easy. We were able to walk to the beach and multiple restaurants. Neighborhood was quiet. We would stay here again any time. Would recommend this property whole heartedly.

Very Nice House Close to Tybee Central

Great house, we’ll positioned just a few blocks off the main road. Short walk to the beach and the pier. Lovely pool, and good communication throughout our stay, though much more corporate than you would expect on VRBO. Definitely not owner-run property.

Great first experience with Vrbo. Will very likely continue to try it for future vacations and getaways. Overall the property and pool were great! Only 2 items that fell a little short: 1) Upper floor bedroom TV/Cable did not work well. 2) The dryer was not working well. It would heat up, but clothes remained humid which suggests the circulation isn’t working well. Might be worth looking at fixing it and checking the vent.

Wonderful Getaway!

We loved our stay in this wonderful property. The location is easily walkable to the beach and other fun things to do. The private pool was so perfect with a toddler and checking in and out couldn’t have been easier. Def recommend!

Fabulous Tybee property!!

Excellent property with great facilities. Beautiful yet very livable and so close to the beach! Absolutely one of the greatest places our family has stayed - well worth the money. Great food close by if you choose to go out. Recommend without reservation!

Tybee was great and the property was good. The location, pool, ping pong table, etc. were great. However, we cannot give this property the highest rating because the beds & pillows were so soft and weak. No one wants to go on vacation and then go home with a back ache!!
