Hotel needs a lot of work. A lot of things are old and run down. Shower didn’t work, hotel keys kept being deactivated every time we left. Air/heat did not work properly in room. I understand for the price but these are minima things they can fix.

staff was fantastic, extremely friendly and helpful. breakfast was great lots of options and had a nice seating area but wrapped up at 9am and who wants to get up early on vacation. I got loaded last night and need to sleep it off. washer/dryer on the second floor was some of the best hotel ones we've ever used. the pool and hot tub are welcomed but the hot tub jets did work but it was still great to get a nice soak while the kiddo swam and splashed around. really makes him sleep like a grizzly bear. only gripe beside this hot jets was the wifi SUCKS. I wish we had brought our mobile hot spot. it was extremely slow and would disconnect every 10-30 minutes which causes you to have to re-sign into everything and makes working or watching any streaming service a burden.

Front desk staff was amazing. She made checking in a breeze and was so kind! Rooms were nice and my kiddos ate good breakfast in the morning. Also the indoor pool was a plus for the kids!

I contacted the hotel when I returned home from my trip with a terrible smell in our room. We realize the next morning that the hotel room 303 had terrible mold in the closet. They have refunded me half of my money and told me that I had to contact you to receive it. Can you please help me with that? Darlene

The bathroom vent squealing was horrible and it's stupidly attached to the light so it comes on whenever you go in. The sheets on the bed were not right when we got there and the tag was at the top who does that? Then we went to relax in the hot tub and it was broken no jets not a big deal since the heat was still there figuring we can relax but nope the carbon monoxide detector in the pool area kept chirping as it needed new batteries. Then the elevator stopped two different days on us almost trapped us in the first time but was able to get off quickly. I wrote. Review about everything the 2nd day then they called me and asked if I wanted another room but I couldn't do that as I wasn't in the area as we were visiting family close but for thanksgiving. So I couldn't go back to the hotel at the time.so we delt with it all the rest of the stay.was told to ask for a discount at checkout I think they have like 15% not sure maybe less. The nob for the closet was broken and the shower beauty plate at where you turn the water on was detached from the wall. The place needs maintenance severely. I think on our next stay in town when visiting family we will go to La-quenta.
