A CASA É BEM PEQUENA PORÉM BEM DISTRIBUÍDA. ÁREA EXTERNA BEM GRANDE COM CHURRASQUEIRA. TEM DISPONÍVEL NA REGIÃO TUDO QUE PRECISAR SEM UTILIZAR CARRO, INCLUSIVE PARA IR PRA A PRAIA DA ENSEADA. Casa antiga

Casa antiga com problemas em encanamentos e microondas. Quanto ao bairro e acesso a praia: Rua de acesso cheia de pregos e entulhos. Ruas laterais de acesso à praia cheia de pregos, restos de construção e buracos. Desrespeito ao turista por parte da prefeitura, pois um cadeirante ou idoso com dificuldades de locomoção não consegue transitar pela rua de acesso à praia. Praia suja e frequentemente o mar trás restos de entulho como pedaços de tijolo, pedras britas e até restos de azulejos. Não recomendo a praia da Enseada. Quem avalia a praia como uma das melhores de Ubatuba ou não conhece outras praias ou mora na região e quer valorizar o local. De modo geral está muito mal cuidada, especialmente as ruas de acesso que além de esburacadas, cheia de poças de água coberta com entulhos a prefeitura ainda cobra estacionamento Zona Azul. Por se tratar de uma cidade turística de mais de 380 anos, a área em questão está muito mal cuidada. Não recomendo!

Bem localizada, fica pertinho dás praias e dos comércios, a casa é segura tem grades em todas as janelas e porta,
