Estadia incrível, todos muitos educados e prestativos. Com certeza eu voltaria a ficar no hotel novamente, hotel pé na areia, aceita animais e tem um espaço para crianças bem legal, e o café incluso sensacional. Sem contar o carrinho para malas, faz toda diferença.

Bom hotel para famílias, confortável e pé na areia

Gostamos do hotel, pé na areia, confortável e bem cuidado, tem ótimo chuveiro e camas boas, travesseiros bons, tv smart nova com app, bom café da manhã e ótima estrutura de restaurante na praia, serviço atencioso. Pontos a melhorar: recepção apertada, acessada por um estreito corredor, não tem elevador na ala em que ficamos, no quarto faltou um simples telefone para se comunicar com a recepção (gastaram tanto com móveis e economizaram com mero telefone), o quarto não tem porta com cartão digital, é aberto com uma chave e só tem disponível uma por unidade. No café da manhã, poderiam fazer tapiocas e omeletes sob demanda para estar sempre quente. Suco de laranja ruim. Poderiam oferecer água saborizada ou filtro de água na recepção. Restaurante com preços bem caros. Praia aparentava estar limpa, mas mesmo fora de alta temporada estava impropria para banho segundo a cetesb, isto foi uma decepção, e o hotel não nos avisou.

A experiência foi boa pelo lugar. O hotel tem que melhorar na recepção do hóspede - check-in marcado para as 15 horas e só pudemos entrar mais de uma hora depois, já que não havia acomodação preparada para nossa chegada! Penso que eles devem se organizar melhor, pois presenciamos o mesmo problema com outros hóspedes que estavam chegando, em outro dia...
