Lovely hotel in a great location - very close to excellent restaurants and right on the sea front. The hotel is impeccably clean and the staff are incredibly helpful. We stayed an extra night we enjoyed both the location and hotel so much. No hesitation in recommending.

Queria ressaltar aqui em primeiro lugar minha satisfação com as meninas da limpeza sao impecável todo o ambiente cheiroso sao extremamente organizadas e gentil, os quartos corredores sao extremamente limpos da gosto de ficar no quarto estao de Parabéns, segundo ponto recepção: As meninas do periodo da tarde pra noite sao super distraídas ficam em grupo conversando e quando vc precisa entra com o carro fica buzinando elas nao estao com atenção no portao e ficamos tempos esperando teve vezes que tive que descer do carro para chamar porque mesmo buzinando elas nao olhavam para abrir os portões, a garagem é extremamente apertada, cafe da manhã medio fica somente uma menina pra repor para limpar e as vezes acaba nao dando conta exemplo tem coisas que nao tem reposição tipo bolo acabou nao tem reposição entao em dois dias fiquei sem bolo pois o horario que fui ja havia acabado , outro ponto Piscina: A piscina nao é aquecida ela e climatizada é um morno quase pra fria e somente a piscina “maior” apesar de todas serem somente para ficar sentados pois a agua bate no joelho , as outras duas que sao geladas e sao menores ainda , o local nao oferece muitas opções de alimentos sao poucos entao nem conte em ter a opção de fazer alimentação no local, em si é um hotel calmo , silencioso, uma localização perfeita, uma vista maravilhosa!

Hotel Ubatuba Praia Hotel

O bom atendimento já começou na reserva com as informações e a cordialidade do hotel. No dia do check-in fomos bem recebidos gostei muito de tudo no hotel do quarto, picina café da manhã, da atenção dos funcionários, mas o excelente mesmo é a localização que é perto da rua Guarani onde fica localizado a maioria dos comércios e melhores restaurantes. A praia de Itagua é imprópria para banho mas é dela que sai os passeios de lancha e escuna, fui no de lancha e é muito Top. Pra quem pratica corrida e caminhada a praia é muito boa enfim estou bem ansioso pra uma próxima estadia.

Pousada muito boa, funcionários muito atenciosos, café da manhã muito variado, pousada em lugar privilegiado, o meu problema foi com tv que não funcionava, pedi para trocar de quarto, segundo informações o hotel estava cheio. Ficava o dia todo fora, e a noite tinha que usar o meu celular para poder assistir alguma coisa.
