The staff were fantastic and the food was outstanding. We ate are the restaurant for dinner and it was exceptional and then most days during the day we ate at the pool bar - fantastic menu with lots of healthy choices. Great chilled vibe by the pool and the views in the jungle were amazing. Loved the spa.

Would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a good mix of relaxation, whilst also being close enough to the centre of Ubud (there is a free shuttle that drops off and picks up hotel guests). No real issues with our stay. If I was being picky, then perhaps more diverse breakfast options and better placed plug sockets in the room near bed. I stayed here for my honeymoon and both my wife and I had a wonderful time. The staff go above and beyond to deal with any queries and enjoyed the swift WhatsApp communication. We even extended our trip by an extra day! I would encourage anyone on a honeymoon to consider this hotel as an option and enquire about the honeymoon package :)

Stunning place. Location is absolutely beautiful. The food was delicious - Gourmet style (breakfast, lunch and dinner). The pool is gorgeous and the suites were lovely. 15 min from Ubud, they offer a shuttle.
