Room was ok but the bathroom was disgusting and I mean it. I've never seen the WC so dirty, it was hard to see anything in the mirror and the bathtub was just really dirty.
We asked for a different room and it was also very dirty but a bit better. We couldn't cancel it and we stayed 3 nights there using it only for sleeping.
When asked about the loundry service they said that they don't do it although you can see a price list in the reception.
Very poor breakfast containing of coffee, 3 slices of bread and few bits of fruit, and we had to wait 30 minutes for it as the only guests.
Usually there is nobody in the reception area and you need to go and look for somebody in their private area.
Also during the checkout they tried to charge us again!
The hotel itself was tucked away along a side street from the main road leading to Ubud which in itself was nice to be away from the busy ubud center, though only a 10 minute walk before being in the heart of Ubud. Only 5 rooms at this guest house and we had the top floor room which was nice and spacious with high ceilings and a large balcony. It had a small fridge and air conditioning which all worked well. The downside of the room was it had twin beds as opposed to a double and it's not that you could even push them together because of the frame around the bed. The main grip was the bathroom which was very basic and the toilet system button when operated would get stuck and the water continually flowed until you managed to get the button unstuck, also you were not allowed to flush toilet paper down the loo! No Shower cubicle just a hand held shower over a corner bath tub. I think breakfast was provided, however we always just walked into Ubud and found somewhere for breakfast. The owner was friendly enough and it seemed that he and his family occupied one part of the grounds. On the whole for the price we paid, which was about $40 NZ dollars per night it was a good.
