施設は綺麗、まだ新しさを感じる。スタッフの対応はまあまあ。５部屋ありゆったり。 （大人５人、子供２人で利用）設備も最低限のものはそろっている。（洗濯機はなし） プールは温水でないのでかなり入るのに勇気がいる。 凸凹で狭い道（車がすれ違えない）を３００ｍぐらい入るのでグラブも大変。でもタクシーもEatsもくる。すぐ近くに朝食や夕食する場所ある。ウブドの街中に行くには昼間だと20分強かかる。
