Property was as beautiful as shown in website pictures but, room was not that great specially for the price paid. Hotel management should spend more efforts fixing the leak /smell issues in Haweli bathrooms . Also Expedia has misleading information about room for this property as â Haweli 4 bedâ but, you actually get a room in Haweli unit which has only one king bed. I would not have booked the property for 147$ per night should I have known this upfront. Expedia customer service was no help at all & wasted my time in email / chat / phone communication pretending to fix the room issue . I would probably not recommend booking any hotel in India via Expedia or any other portal . Itâs best to book directly from hotel website .
We recently had the pleasure of staying at this newly opened property, and while they are still fine-tuning some aspects, the overall experience was exceptional. The staff were highly professional and displayed excellent hospitality, ensuring that all our needs were met. They kindly accommodated our driver with access to a shower and restrooms, which was much appreciated.
The food was outstanding, with prices that reflected the quality and presentation. It was prepared by Kanika Rathore and Pulkit Chauhan, both of whom exhibited great professionalism. The meals were superb, and both chefs certainly deserve five-star recognition for their efforts.
The property itself is stunning, and we thoroughly enjoyed the room and the pool, which offered breathtaking views.
Thank you for an unforgettable stay. We look forward to returning.
Many things like wash room door locks , fans, tv were not functioning properly.
They forgot to provide coffee and room sleepers.
Food quality and test was different on every day with deteriorate quality.
Itâs almost 40 minutes drive from city centre/city palace. Neighbourhood is poor.
Staff & services is really good & interiors look great with lighting.
Overall not that great value for money , wonât book this property again.
