The house is located in a quiet area, just 2 km from the center of Umag, and the natural beach is just 600 meters away.
The restaurant is a few steps from the house. The apartment is located on the ground floor, with a private entrance, in a family house in which the owners live.
Guests have at their disposal a courtyard, three bicycles, and one for children; they can relax in the garden and use the barbecue.
The fenced yard offers additional security for guests, their cars, and their pets.
The area is referred to by guests who love quiet, uncrowded, and natural beaches.
