Though the owner and their acquaintances may frequently occupy the main house of your vacation home, rest assured you'll have all the privacy you desire.

The interior of this getaway has been recently updated with your comfort in mind boasting stunning modern decor, an Italian-style kitchenette, high-end appliances, and new European bath fixtures. You will get a taste of luxury as well with a wall of glass spanning the whole lower level of the home looking out to the tennis court right outside. Plus, you won't have to go far to dip your toes in the water, as the private beach can be accessed via the steps leading directly from the home. Don't worry about needing to get a bit of work done while away either, as you will have high-speed WiFi at your disposal to attend Zoom meetings or catch up on emails. Be sure to step out to the private balcony each evening to breathe in the fresh air with a favorite cocktail in hand.

THINGS TO KNOW
Guests can access the private Lake Michigan beach by walking through the backyard and down the stairs.
This rental is for the guest house only, which has its own separate access but shared parking. The pool and hot tub are not available with the guest house rental. There will never be another Vacasa guest at the main house while the guest house is rented, but the mature and respectful owner and her family and friends will occupy the main house quite frequently.
The main house may be occupied by owners or rented; therefore, access is limited to the tennis court and guest house area only and private beach but not of the main house.
The beach access is from the public beach stairs a block away not through the main house stairs. When on the beach walk three houses to the left (south) to use the property’s private beach. Access to beach chairs that are stored by the house on the beach.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 27 years of age to book. Guests under 27 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
